Terms of Service

ADMSTUTOR is an independent tutoring service that provides one-on-one tutoring to students taking certain ADMS courses at York University. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by York University. All course names and codes referenced on this site are the property of York University and are used for identification purposes only.

Sessions are arranged by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Indicative rates are listed on our pricing page — online sessions begin at $75 CAD per hour and in-person sessions begin at $90 CAD per hour, with multi-hour packages available at reduced per-hour rates.

Session times, formats, rates, and payment arrangements are confirmed directly with the specialist tutor before the first session. Sales tax may apply where required.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are not charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed in full at the tutor's discretion. Specific cancellation and refund terms are confirmed with your specialist when sessions are arranged.

We help students understand course material, work through problems, and prepare for assessments. We do not complete graded work on behalf of students. Misrepresenting tutoring help as your own work may violate York University's academic integrity policies — that responsibility rests with you.

ADMSTUTOR provides tutoring on a best-efforts basis. We make no guarantee of specific grades or outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or package giving rise to the claim.
